Dana Patterson

Biography

Dana is in the property claims department for Intermountain Claims’ Boise office and brings a background of extensive experience in all facets of property restoration, mitigation, and mold remediation.  He has 5 years of claims adjusting experience.  Prior to that, Dana worked in property restoration for over 18 years overseeing all facets of property restoration and acting as a liaison between the restoration company and a variety of insurance carriers, including 3 years as a restoration company owner.   After his time in the restoration business, he began handling multi-line property/casualty claims and is proficient with Xactimate and XactAnalysis, as well as other aspects of the claim handling process.  Dana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a licensed adjuster in the state of Idaho. He is also IICRC Certified in Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying, as well as RIA Certified as a Mold Remediation Supervisor.  He is also HAAG certified as a Residential Roof Inspector.  He is licensed in ID and OR.
