Our property/casualty offices in Idaho and Utah have Truck and Heavy Equipment experts who are licensed insurance adjusters and specialize in handling physical damage appraisals on both tractor/trailer and heavy equipment machinery. We realize that truck/heavy equipment claims require industry specific experience, and we therefore use only adjusters with expertise in this area to handle truck and heavy equipment appraisals. Utilizing Truck Writer, our adjusters have the expertise to handle both the physical damage and cargo portion of any claim assignment and can also settle claims on behalf of our clients as needed. Currently, we have adjusters involved in the National Truck and Heavy Equipment Claims Council. We provide these services throughout all of Idaho and Utah, as well as portions of Eastern Washington, Eastern Oregon, Western Wyoming, and Northern Nevada. 

 

We can receive assignments via website submission, our central email address claims@intermountainclaims.com, via telephone 800-349-0373, or via facsimile 208-375-8905. We will internally route the assignment to the closest Intermountain office and will send you an acknowledgement of assignment outlining adjuster contact information. If the assignment is out of our service area or will require travel pre-approval, we will notify you immediately. Intermountain also provides 24/7 services for after-hour claim emergencies. To utilize this service, simply call the appropriate local office and your call will be transferred to our on-call claim adjuster through our telephone service.
