Intermountain Claims has field adjusters in every property/casualty office that can provide scene investigations and take witness statements for our clients. Services include performing in person recorded statements from claimants, witnesses and law enforcement personnel to document the accident or injury. We also, with client approval, will obtain police reports, and all police investigation information available including police reports, video surveillance, etc. We can also investigate an accident scene to obtain photos, measurements and accident scene specifics, including observing and documenting traffic control devices. With clients’ authorization Intermountain can negotiate and settle claims with claimants and/or attorneys. 

 

We can receive assignments via website submission, our central email address claims@intermountainclaims.com , via telephone 800-349-0373, or via facsimile 208-375-8905. We will internally route the assignment to the closest Intermountain office and will send you an acknowledgement of assignment outlining adjuster contact information. If the assignment is out of our service area or will require travel pre-approval, we will notify you immediately. . Intermountain also provides 24/7 services for after-hour claim emergencies. To utilize this service, simply call the appropriate local office and your call will be transferred to our on-call claim adjuster through our telephone service.
