Biography

Morgan joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2011.  She works closely with our insurance carrier and self-insured accounts.  She has strong investigative, organizational and customer service skills as well as a solid understanding of medical terminology and the Idaho Workers' Compensation Statute. She maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and the local medical community. Morgan holds the Idaho Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist (CIWCS), Advanced Level designation.
