Biography

Ryan has 17 years experience handling insurance claims. He specializes in multi-line claim adjusting including personal and commercial property, auto, motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, trailer, and cargo. Ryan has an in-depth knowledge of Audatex, Xactimate, and client uploading portals including XactAnalysis, Process Claims, CCC Autoverse, Scene Access, and E-Auto. He has completed various industry training courses, including ICAR's Full Frame Replacement and Corrosion Protection, Vale Training Solutions Property Adjusting, IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT), IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration (FRT), IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), and HAAG Engineering’s Certified Inspector certifications for Residential Roofs, Commercial Roofs, and Wind Damage . Ryan is a member of the Boise Adjusters Association. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Boise State University and is licensed in Idaho and Oregon.
