Biography

Mark joined Intermountain Claims in 2019 with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry with 11 years as a field claims adjuster.  He worked for a large national insurance carrier as a property field adjuster and was continuously recognized for his outstanding performance and leadership with various promotions. Mark has considerable experience in the claim handling process, including investigating claims and evaluating policy coverage, damage inspections, estimating, reserve setting, and settling claims. His property experience includes both personal and professional claims, catastrophic claim handling and being a leader on large loss teams. Mark achieved a degree in Science from Utah Valley University and received the distinction of Magna Cum Laude.  He also has his Associate in Claims (AIC), is IICRC WRT certified and is fluent in Spanish. Mark is a licensed Independent Adjuster in Utah.
