Brad Armstrong

Biography

Brad joined Intermountain Claims' Boise office in 2021 with over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry and over 14 years of handling complex workers’ compensation claims for a large insurance carrier and national third-party administrator.   He also worked for an Idaho Hospital as a medical bill representative, overseeing workers’ compensation billing during which time, he gained in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the medical provider billing and coding processes.  Brad has a thorough understanding of Idaho Workers’ Compensation Law,  extensive knowledge of medical terminology and is experienced in all aspects of claim investigation and settlement. He has excellent analytical skills, is proficient in a variety of computer platforms, and possesses a strong working relationship with local medical and legal vendors. Brad is a licensed Idaho Resident Adjuster and a Certified Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist.
