Biography

David joined our Boise office in 2021 and came to Intermountain with several years of experience in the customer service industry. He is an Idaho licensed Workers' Compensation Examiner and Certified Idaho Workers’ Compensation Specialist.  David is an important member of our Idaho service team handling medical only claims for a variety of clients.  He is detail-oriented and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. David has solid problem solving and critical thinking capabilities, is adept in a variety of computer platforms and has exceptional customer service skills.
