Michelle Macaw

Biography

Michelle has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry and specializes in bodily injury, liability, wrongful death, fatality, and litigation claims as well as coverage issues. Prior to joining Intermountain, she worked for a large national insurance company and gained investigation experience while working for the Ada County Sheriff's Office. She is familiar with the litigation process, attends mediations and settlement conferences for clients, and assists with subrogation files. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice Administration, Corrections and Counseling from Boise State University where she also attended Graduate School Studies. She is a member of the Western Insurance Information Services and Boise Adjuster's Association. Michelle has an in-depth knowledge of ranch, horse, and cattle claims and was formally an Arbitration Panel member for the State of Idaho. She is licensed in Idaho and Oregon.
