Biography

Kyla joined the Billings office of Intermountain Claims in 2023 as a medical-only claims examiner.  She works closely with our self-insured, national and regional insurance carriers, and third-party administrative programs.  Kyla possesses excellent customer service skills, is highly organized and technically competent.  She has a strong understanding of medical terminology and maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and the medical community. Kyla holds the designation of Certified Claims Examiner in Montana.
