Biography

Kyla joined the Billings office of Intermountain Claims in 2023.  She currently serves as the indemnity adjuster on the service teams she supports.  Kyla works closely with our self-insured, national and regional insurance carriers, and third-party administrative programs.  She possesses excellent customer service skills, is highly organized and technically competent.  Kyla has a strong understanding of medical terminology and maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and the medical community.  She holds the designation of Certified Claims Examiner in Montana.
