Biography

Alice joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2023 with six years of prior workers' compensation experience and handles medical only and time loss claims.  She is skilled in the claims handling process and maintains a positive working relationship with local medical providers.  Alice is detail oriented, provides excellent customer service, is technically competent, and has a strong comprehension of medical terminology.  She attended Rio Salado Community College in Arizona while serving in the United States Air Force and is a licensed Idaho Workers' Compensation Adjuster. Alice also holds the Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist (CIWCS), Advanced Level designation.
