Biography

James joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 with over 15 years of experience as a property and auto field adjuster for a national carrier and a liability adjuster for a national self-insured program. He has Xactimate 28 Certification I, II, & III and has been a Xactimate Certified Trainer.  In addition, James has completed Vale, HAAG Wind & Hail, and Symbility training.  He has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Boise State University.  James is a licensed Independent Adjuster in ID, OR, TX, FL, MS, and LA.
