Biography

Bernadette joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2023.  She currently serves as a medical only examiner on the service teams she is assigned.  Bernadette has a solid understanding of the Idaho Workers' Compensation statute.  She has excellent customer service skills, solid problem solving and critical thinking capabilities, and is adept in a variety of computer software platforms.  Bernadette is an excellent communicator, technically competent, disciplined and detail oriented.  She is a licensed State of Idaho Independent Adjuster.
