Biography

Vicky joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 with over 17 years of experience in the workers' compensation industry, 12 of which were handling complex medical only investigations and time loss files for a large insurance carrier.  She is organized and process oriented, proficient in a variety of computer platforms, and possesses strong communication and customer service skills. Vicky is a licensed Independent Adjuster in the state of Idaho and has a Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist (CIWCS), Advanced Level designation.  She is also a licensed adjuster in the Utah and Arizona.
