Charles Cahoone

Biography

Charles joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 as a General Liability Adjuster.  In addition to several years of experience as an independent adjuster, he has over 30 years of investigative experience in criminal, civil, fraud and liability claims investigations, both as a business owner and an employee. Charles has excellent research and analytical skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology, pays close attention to policy details and prepares comprehensive, accurate reports.  Prior to his adjusting and private investigator roles, Charles served as a police officer and investigator from 1990 - 2000.  During this time, he earned a Medal of Valor and multiple awards for his investigative excellence.  His college tenure included studies in paralegal and law-enforcement courses.  He is a State of Idaho licensed Independent Adjuster.
