Biography

Jose joined the Twin Falls office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 as an auto, liability and heavy equipment adjuster.  He has over two decades of prior experience inspecting vehicles, auto body repair, and writing repair estimates as a technician/service advisor/ supervisor for a local body shop.  Jose is proficient in CCC and Mitchell Estimating platforms.  He is versed in investigation settlement evaluation and negotiation and has strong customer service skills.  Jose is bilingual and studied at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho.  He is I-CAR Gold Certified and is a licensed Independent Adjuster in the state of Idaho.
