Biography

Roy joined the Idaho Falls office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 as an auto, liability and heavy equipment adjuster.  His prior experience includes over 20 years at a local semi tractor trailer dealership as a technician, with twelve of those years as the body shop manager.  In addition, Roy was a tractor trailer owner-operator for multiple years.  He is versed in investigation, settlement evaluation and negotiation, and has strong customer service skills.  Roy is proficient in CCC and TruckWriter estimating platforms.  He is detail oriented, dedicated, and a strong communicator.  Roy is factory trained with Peterbilt, CAT, and Cummins, and is a licensed Independent Adjuster in the states of Idaho, Utah, Montana, and Wyoming.
