Tina Ackerman

Biography

Tina joined the Boise office of Intermountain Claims in 2024.  She currently serves as complex medical only and light time loss adjuster on the service teams she is assigned to. Tina's prior experience includes over 18 years in the Workers' Compensation Occupational Health setting as a Director of Occupational Health for a local Idaho hospital and Director of Loss Control & Safety for a local employer solutions organization. She has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, is a strong team-player and has a proven history of occupational health solutions. Tina is well versed in OSHA Compliance and Record-Keeping, Site Safety Inspections, Accident Investigation and Reporting as well as Return-to-Work Program Administration.  She has a solid understanding of medical terminology and the Idaho Workers' Compensation statutes.  She has participated in many applicable continuing education courses and has several years of studies in Anatomy and Occupational Health In-Services. Tina holds the designation of Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist (CIWCS), Advanced Level.
