Biography

Kasaundra joined the Portland office of Intermountain Claims in 2024 and currently serves as time loss examiner on the accounts she is assigned. She has several years of experience working in the workers' compensation insurance industry handling claims in the state of Oregon for a national insurance carrier.  Kasaundra is well versed in the claims processes and has a strong understanding of the Oregon Workers' Compensation statutes, rules and regulations. She also has strong organizational and communication skills.  Kasaundra studied at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, WA.  She furthers her industry knowledge by participating in ongoing seminars and continuing education courses.  Kasaundra is a certified State of Oregon Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner.
