Biography

Courtney joined the Boise Intermountain Claims office in 2011 and specializes in medical only claims. She works closely with our self-insured clients, national and regional insurance carriers, and third-party administrative programs. Courtney has strong organizational and customer service skills, a solid understanding of the Idaho Workers' Compensation Statute and medical terminology. She maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and the local medical community. Courtney is an Idaho licensed Workers Compensation Examiner and holds the Certified Idaho Workers' Compensation Specialist (CIWCS), Advanced Level certification.
