Terry Carney

Biography

Terry is a property/casualty adjuster with 35 years adjusting experience, including claims handling and management. Terry specializes in bodily injury, liability investigation, mediation, cargo claims, and auto appraisals. He has handled numerous severe accident scene investigations and has extensive experience handling claims for self-insured entities. He has extensive experience in third party liability crop claims. He has assisted on numerous large value litigation claims. He has an in-depth knowledge of the claims handling process and has strong working relationships with our clients. Terry has a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in Business Management with a finance emphasis and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Utah. He is a member and past President of the Boise Adjusters Association. Terry has completed CPCU 1, 3 and 4 and is licensed in Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Montana. He has handled claims in multiple states and is familiar with claims handling and negligence laws in pure contributory; pure comparative and the various forms of comparative negligence. He is also familiar with Medical Payments Coverage and Personal Injury Protection Coverage.
