IC Specialty Services

Intermountain has created a company division called IC Specialty Services based out of our Salt Lake location that houses our staff experts in the field of Fire Investigation; our team includes certified fire investigators (CFI) who perform Origin and Cause Investigations. Utilizing the Scientific Method, our experts have the experience and knowledge to conduct complex fire investigations. Our investigators can handle a claim from the initial site inspection through courtroom presentations and testimony (if needed). In addition to investigating the origin and cause of structure fires, three of our investigators are Certified Vehicle Fire Investigators (CVFI); these individuals can examine a vehicle and render an opinion regarding the origin and cause of a fire within that vehicle. These skills are also utilized in fire investigations involving trucks and industrial equipment. Please contact our Salt Lake office for more information.
